PURPLE & COPPER

I painted this when I’d just decorated my living room purple and grey and wanted something that would pull the whole space together.

It was also my first time using copper leaf. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I loved the way it caught the light and changed throughout the day.

Sometimes a piece begins as something practical and ends up becoming something you don’t want to take down.
