NEBULA I

I painted this as a reminder of how small we are and how vast everything around us really is.

The James Webb Space Telescope has given us glimpses of what exists beyond our world. This was my first attempt at recreating that sense of scale and wonder. (My second has already found its home.)

When life feels overwhelming, I think about how much bigger the universe is than whatever is in front of me.

If we’re all just tiny parts of something immense, the least we can do for each other is make life easier to enjoy.
