HOPE TREE

I painted this at a time when I felt I had nothing left to give. My energy was depleted and my life had been stripped back to nothing, almost.

But even in that darkness, something small pushed through. A single sprout of hope.

This piece is about when almost everything feels lost, but something is still alive and quietly refusing to give up.
