I painted this as a celebration of a mind that never sits still.

It’s what living with ADHD feels like to me. Colour and movement. Shifts between chaos and clarity, all happening at once.

There’s no single focal point because that’s the rhythm. Your eye moves, finds balance, loses it, finds it again.

At the centre is a darker figure that doesn’t quite fit. I’ve often felt like that. Slightly out of sync, still determined to stay true to myself.

This piece is about owning that difference. Not shrinking it. Not fixing it. Just dancing to your own beat.
