When I look at this piece, I see a blue dot caught in the middle of a snowstorm. No clear route. No obvious direction.

The storm doesn’t let you stand still. Staying put isn’t an option. You either move forward and carve your own path, or you disappear into it.

For me, this painting is about making that choice. Acting before certainty arrives.

Not because you’re sure of the way. Because you refuse to freeze.
