Refund policy

We at Signed Henry want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
