I came out of the pandemic having decided to quit comedy and wanting to settle down, but with no clear or obvious route to take.

I battled with loss of identity, grieving my old life and it left me feeling isolated and out in the cold in a lot of ways. The options were so endless that I found myself frozen and paralysed from making any clear decisions. 

Knowing I had to make choices to move forward in my life, the whole feeling made me think of being stuck on an arctic plane and having to plough my way through snow and ice to find my way to my new life, which I am happy to report has been worth doing.
